Role – Sales & Letting Negotiator
Salary – £24,000 - £28,000 per annum + OTE £35,000
Location – Pangbourne, Berkshire

What will you be doing as a Sales & Letting Negotiator?
- Adhering to company standards & dealing with enquiries in a professional and friendly manner via e-mail, telephone, and face-to-face
- Generating and identifying opportunities for financial & legal services leads, valuations, viewings and customer reviews
- Applicant management & registration follow up
- Managing outstanding viewings in terms of follow-up/feedback and confirmation
- Assisting other members of staff and supporting the sales manager
- Guiding & advising team members
- Using initiative to increase market share
- Ensure your work meets business KPIs
- Liaising with senior staff members to improve performance
