Job Description
Overview
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have a strong ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Salary
£30,000 per annum
Location
The role is based in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, with no options for remote work.
Responsibilities
- Support and assist in various administrative tasks
- Compile and maintain records and databases
- Create and update reports using Microsoft Excel
- Coordinate and communicate with Sales and Marketing teams and departments
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management
- Covering reception as necessary
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
Day-to-Day
- Utilise Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Communicate with various teams to gather and compile information
- Maintain and update records and databases
- Assist with coordinating and scheduling tasks
- Updating website as required
